This website is openly available to be viewed by anyone with an internet connection, but no personal contact details can be sourced through the site, and any email addresses or phone data held are not shared with any external organisations. All emails and other contact details currently held comply with the GDPR regulations, and any new contacts voluntarily provided to the website administrators will be deemed to be held on the same basis. Data held is secured by use of a password.

Emails may be used to inform subscribers about information that will be of interest to them on an occasional and irregular basis.
All initial photographs were taken between the years 1940 and 1980 and where possible the individuals have been identified, and their images are already in the public domain.
Any new photographs provided to the site for uploading are presumed to be from the same period and it is further presumed that the provider, and the subject, where individuals have been identified, have agreed to their inclusion in the description.
