The original Boys Club building (1896) was in Brady Street Buildings in Bucks Row, later re-named Durward Street. The Girls Club was started in 1925 by Miriam Moses in the same building. The girls moved to Hanbury Street in 1935, where they were united again with the Boys Club in the early 1960s.
